Little Champs 1 serves Lake Worth children ages 5 and 6 with age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: takedowns, basic positions, and the Gracie Barra kids curriculum. Classes are structured, supervised, and progressive — children earn stripes as they demonstrate real technical growth. Frequently AskedQuestions

Is Gracie Barra Boynton Beach the closest BJJ school to Lake Worth?
For Lake Worth residents specifically looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Gracie Barra Boynton Beach at 7460 Boynton Beach Blvd is the nearest option with a credentialed black belt instructor and a full weekly class schedule. The drive from central Lake Worth is approximately seven minutes via Hypoluxo Road or Lake Worth Road east to Jog Road, then north to Boynton Beach Blvd. The Lake Worth martial arts scene is heavily weighted toward taekwondo — BJJ at a Gracie Barra-affiliated school is rare in the immediate area, which is exactly why Lake Worth families make that short drive.
Are there BJJ classes for kids in Lake Worth?
Lake Worth does not have a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for children within the city. Gracie Barra Boynton Beach, seven minutes away, fills that gap with four age-grouped kids classes: Tiny Champs for ages 3–4, Little Champs 1 for ages 5–6, Little Champs 2 for ages 7–8, and Juniors for ages 9–13. Each class follows the Gracie Barra kids curriculum, with belt and stripe progression that gives children verifiable goals to work toward. Lake Worth's population has a high proportion of households with children under 18 — and this is the program closest to home that delivers real BJJ instruction at every age.
